Shipping & Delivery Policy

  1. Order Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

  2. Shipping Timeframe:
    Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier service availability. Estimated delivery time is typically 7–9 business days from the date of dispatch.

  3. Shipping Charges:
    Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders are non-refundable once the order is placed.

  4. Delivery Delays:
    While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to weather, courier issues, or other factors may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

  5. Tracking Your Order:
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. 

  6. Incorrect Address:
    Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  7. Damaged Packages on Delivery:
    If you notice any visible damage to the package at the time of delivery:
    • Do not accept the package without noting the issue.
    • Take clear photos of the damaged package and record an unboxing video.
    • Mention the damage in the delivery remark/sign-off with the courier.
      This will help us in claiming compensation from the courier service and assist you better.
